0140 (2) The licensor observed that the available learning materials and toys were not developmentally appropriate for the children in care. Additionally, there was a lack of variety, limiting opportunities for children to make choices and remain actively engaged. 0140 (5) Storage bins intended for children's personal belongings were instead being used to store children's files and other Family home child care paperwork.
